Already have access?

If you already have Studio by Sadé access, connect Studio by Sadé when prompted in ChatGPT and use the email associated with your existing access.

Studio by Sadé Access verifies the signed-in account’s existing product entitlement. It confirms what your account already holds — it does not create access, and it never asks another Studio to vouch for you.

You only need to connect once. After that, eligible Studios recognise your account on their own.

Access not showing?

If you believe you already have access but it is not appearing, contact Studio by Sadé support.

Email hello@studiobysade.org from the address you expect your access to be on, and tell us which Studio is not recognising you. Signing in with a second email address is the most common cause, and the quickest to sort out.

What is Studio by Sadé?

Studio by Sadé is a collection of creative workflow studios for creators and digital-product sellers. Each Studio guides a complete piece of work — a planner, an e-book, a brand system, a set of social templates — from the first question through to finished files you can use or sell.

I already have access. How do I connect it in ChatGPT?

When a Studio asks you to connect Studio by Sadé, accept, and sign in using the email address associated with your existing access. Once connected, eligible Studios recognise your account automatically and you will not be asked again.

Why does a Studio say I do not have access?

Most often the account you signed in with is not the one your access is attached to — a second email address is the usual cause. It can also mean access to that particular Studio has not been activated, or has ended. If you believe your access should be active, email hello@studiobysade.org and we will look it up.

Can one Studio unlock another Studio?

No. Access to a Studio applies only to that Studio. Having Digital Product Studio does not open Branding Studio, and no Studio unlocks any other. The one exception is Studio All Access, which covers every Studio while it is active on your account.

What is Studio All Access?

Studio All Access is a single option that covers all seven Studios at once, instead of each being activated separately. If your account has it, every Studio recognises you without anything else being set up.

Who do I contact if my access is missing?

Email hello@studiobysade.org from the address you expect your access to be on, and say which Studio is not recognising you. That is the fastest way for us to find the account and put it right.
